The Robo-Dinosaurs (or Robo-Dinos) were a species of robotic reptiles created by Professor Hubert J. Farnsworth that inhabited the Robot Planetoid. They evolved from the Trilobots and were killed by a massive electromagnetic pulse caused by a solar flare (like the giant brain that killed the organic Dinosaurs).
