Description
Below the city of New New York, in the mirky, polluted sewers, live a race of hideous mutants. Appearances aside, they're mostly decent people, if a little odd. It is unknown how long they have dwelled in the sewers, but it has been long enough for them to build a city and a semblance of civilization. They have their own religion, which involves worshiping an unexploded nuclear bomb, but according to Vyolet "nobody's that observant. It's mainly a Christmas and Easter thing." Mutants seem to be impervious to many toxins and radiation, at least they can't be mutated again once they are mutated. There are probably a few hundred of them, each with his/her very own unique mutation. Extra appendages or organs mostly work. The Mutants have their own civil organzations such as doctors, commerce, and schools.
